Therapy Services

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—and sometimes a hard one. We’re here to make that decision easier and ensure you feel supported from the very beginning. In every service we offer, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space designed to help you grow, heal, and move toward the life you want.

Individual Services

I work with teens (10+), young adults, and adults navigating life’s challenges whether that’s anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, self-esteem struggles, or major life changes. My role is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while we work together to create meaningful, lasting change.

In our sessions, you can expect a blend of open, honest conversation and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These tools are always tailored to your needs, so you can feel empowered to take the next steps toward the life you want.

Best for:

  • Teens navigating school, friendships, and family transitions

  • Young adults adjusting to independence, college, or career demands

  • Adults seeking clarity, stability, and emotional wellness

Clinical Supervision

Supporting other social workers as they grow in their careers is one of my favorite parts of this work. I offer supervision for Limited Licensed Master Social Workers (LLMSWs) working toward full clinical licensure in Michigan.

My approach is collaborative and encouraging where we’ll review cases, strengthen clinical skills, navigate ethical challenges, and build your professional confidence. Supervision is a space where your growth is celebrated, your questions are always welcome, and your unique style as a clinician is valued.

Good Faith Estimate

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the anticipated cost of your therapy services. Health care providers are required to provide self-pay and uninsured clients with a written estimate for all non-emergency services.

A Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to your first appointment and is available upon request at any time during the course of treatment.

For more information or to request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact Everlast Therapy, LLC at cbennett@everlasttherapy.com or (989) 402-4509.
